BlazeCut T-Series is a flexible, heat sensitive tube that contains HFC-227ea Clean Agent Suppressant. In a fire event, the tube will melt, creating a nozzle to release the suppressant which lowers the temperature drastically, breaking the "fire triangle" eliminating the conditions needed for fire.

BlazeCut T-Series HFC-227ea is a liquified gas and can ship UPS Ground as a Limited Quantity. Expedited Air shipping, or shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc is possible with fully documented hazmat paperwork, at an extra expense. BlazeCut T-Series is a sealed system which cannot slowly lose pressure like a fire extinguisher. The pressure in the tube will change based on ambient temperature. To verify that your T-Series is "good" simply look for an air-bubble in the line. The air bubble indicates that the tube is filled with liquid and is functional. You can also check the gauge when the unit is at operating temperature or warmed up. The gauge alone is not sufficient for inspection, as BlazeCut T-Series is very low pressure when cold and may not display any pressure on the gauge at all when cold.

BlazeCut T-Series has a 2 year warranty. The warranty does not cover errors in installation (kinking the tube, installing too close to a heat source) contact us for questions on installation. A lifespan of up to 10 years can be achieved in non-harsh environments. Please note that this lifespan may be reduced in unstable and harsh environments.

The BlazeCut T-Series does not require any special maintenance. It is recommended to visually inspect the system and its state at operating temperature, between every month and 3 months dependant on the type of environment it has been installed in. During the movement of the tube, bubbles of gas in the extinguishing agent will be visible. This indicates that extinguishing agent is in the tube and the BlazeCut T-series is functional.
